Analyses are performed in an automatic interval mode, while the interval pause can be set from 1-60 minutes according to your specific needs. Additional analyses can be started manually on the device itself or remotely via external control.

 

The online analyzer Testomat® 808 indicates through an alarm that the water hardness has exceeded the pre set limit by the used reagent (see below). Analysis results and stats can be sent to a control room via an analog interface. Alternatively, the Testomat® 808 is able to send a signal to a PLC, or directly to a desalination plant or a filter, so that the deviations in water quality will be automatically corrected.

The 72 hours monitoring mode (BOB-operation) allows for a secure non-stop surveillance on the weekends or during holidays. The Testomat® 808 calculates in advance, whether there is still enough reagent available for the remaining time period.
